This training program covers steps involved in Manufacturing Processes and Production in the workplace. The steps are: 1. Identify customer needs 2. Determine resources available for the production process 3. Set up equipment for the production process 4. Set team production goals 5. Make job assignments 6. Coordinate work flow with team members and other work groups 7. Communicate production and material requirements and product specifications 8. Perform and monitor the process to make the product 9. This program is offered

The training is open entry/exit. Classes start on Mondays each week. Applications are accepted throughout the year except during the holiday breaks.
Apprenticeship, Certified Production Technician and Industrial Manufacturing Technician.
Placement is done with companies who have hired former students. Also through M-WERC, MATC and the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership (WRTP).
Tutoring is available during the training as needed.

Fees are for online course module and testing
Refund Policy does not apply. Students do not pay for the training program. Funding is provided by various Workforce agencies funding.

PLEASE NOTE:

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
